the king room was great. it had a king bed (so comfy!) and a non-smoking policy. i really appreciated that the airport shuttle ran so often. the staff was also really helpful with directions.
the hotel restaurant felt more like a bar, it had limited options, and i thought the food quality could be better.

airport shuttle courteous driver free breakfast
the complimentary airport shuttle made travel easy.. the driver was prompt and courteous. the room was ready upon arrival, a king room with a comfortable bed. we greatly appreciated the free breakfast, especially the hot options, before our early flight.
the bathroom could use a bit of updating.

The hotel provides a fast airport shuttle. It was very convenient for getting to my early flight. The front desk gave me cold water and coffee. This was very helpful. The breakfast included many options, especially for a short stay.

quick check-in free shuttle
Check-in was quick with no hassle, and the staff was cute. I used the free shuttle to the airport, and it was punctual. The driver was polite and efficient.
The bar was closed when I arrived late, a bit inconvenient. I would have appreciated having a late-night dining option after a long flight.

The room was very spacious with a comfortable king bed! It featured numerous outlets for charging devices and supplied quality hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner! The towels were also clean and quite substantial.

fast shuttle service convenient location helpful staff
the shuttle service was fast for picking us up from the airport it was a short ride to the hotel. this location is perfect for overnight stays when flying in or out of jfk. the staff was helpful and kind they made everything easy.
the room did have a slight musty smell when i first entered it but it aired out quickly.
